You handle the laptop. We handle the revisions.
For racers running a factory ECU who have their own HP Tuners equipment and laptop.
- Review data logs from your passes

You're responsible for recording and sending logs, loading revised tunes, and operating the vehicle.
Data Review & Tune Revisions
Aftermarket ECU, the same hands-on data support.
You operate the vehicle and handle data collection. We review your logs, make tuning revisions, and provide direction for the next pass. Adjustments can include fueling, ignition, boost control, and launch strategies, depending on your ECU and available sensors.
We come to the track with you
Full Vehicle Support & Priority
Hands-on support from the pits to the starting line.
Have New Era Performance at the track with you to help bring the tune, suspension, and driver routine together.
- Review data and make tuning adjustments between passes
- Adjust suspension based on traction and vehicle behavior
- Help refine launch settings and starting-line procedures
- Assist in the staging lanes and at the starting line, where track rules allow
- Work directly with the driver to evaluate each pass and plan the next adjustment
This is our most involved support option, with hands-on attention throughout your track session.
